Now, as he launches Now Residential, Steven brings together his expertise in main contracting, land-led development, mixed-tenure partnerships and private housing to create an exciting new business focused on delivering high-quality residential opportunities across the South East, built on strong partnerships, sustainable growth and long-term value.
