Project Summary

This scheme involves the demolition of old and outdated structures on the site, extensive relocation of underground services, and the construction of a commercial and distribution facility for B2/B8 uses. The development will feature ancillary office spaces, dedicated parking and service areas, landscaped surroundings, access points, highway enhancements, and comprehensive infrastructure within the project boundary.

Project Works Overview

Works commenced with demolition of existing structures, including asbestos 
removal and recording of contamination allowing new works to proceed.

Ground improvement through Vibro-Stone Columns (VSC’s) allowed construction to commence through a portal-framed steel frame structure clad with built-up cladding and masonry with internal fit-out to enable use as B2/B8 industrial and office units.
