Project Summary

Delivered by Our Operations Manager, Shane Nottage, and Preconstruction Manager James Randlesome prior to them joining Now Construction, this project, bespoke for Big Yellow, was built on CFA piled foundations using a multi-tiered steel frame enabling multi-faceted architectural
facades and split-level green roofs.

Project Works Overview

Internally the project included a mix of composite and free-standing mezzanine floors and sub-division to create sub-let fire compartments.

The envelope was designed to protect right-to-light of adjoining owners together with compliance with the London fire plan, and was constructed using composite cladding, masonry and finned rainscreen system.
